Our super bag unloading station with knife hopper is similar to our super bag unloading station, but for bags that do not have an unloading chute, therefore for plain bottom bags. The hopper fitted with a blade then makes it possible to cut the bottom of the entire bag, which makes the process much faster than detaching a knot and a chute. To ensure increased dust control, this system is equipped with a rubber membrane to seal the perimeter of the bag during emptying, ensuring a dust-free and safe working environment. This system, mounted on legs, is also equipped with an accumulation hopper.
