CON-V-AIR designs chemical product injection systems which, from solid bulk, make it possible to dose with great precision a concentration of chemical product(s) in a solvent.

Direct Injection System (DIS)

A system to injects a precise quantity of dry chemical into a constant flow of water. It uses a wetting cone to achieve the process.

Indirect Injection System (IIS)

A system to injects a precise quantity of dry chemical into a constant flow of water. It uses a small mix tank to achieve the process.

  • Lime
  • Soda Ash (Na2CO3)
  • Potassium permanganate (KMnO₄)
 

Batch Injection System (BIS)

A system that prepares a precise batch with a fixed (adjustable) concentration. Injection to the process is done by varying the pumping rate.

 

Loop Injection System (LIS)

A system that prepares a precise batch with a fixed (adjustable) concentration. Injection to the process is done pumping at a steady flow the slurry and returning to the mix tank the unused portion that was pumped.

Sorbent Injection System (SIS)

A system that delivers dry chemical to a process. Mostly used for air pollution control in the coating of filters.

Silo System

Solid bulk products must be received, stored, packaged, prepared and dosed within the process for which it is intended. So many steps that require a range of specialized equipment from several manufacturers that must be properly integrated in order to obtain a functional system. This is where the CON-V-AIR system silo takes on its full meaning. The system silo incorporates the following elements into a single structure:

  • Solid bulk products receiving station
  • Storage silo
  • Technical room under the silo housing blowers, conditioning system, preparation system, dosing and controls
  • Integrated heating/air conditioning and ventilation

Wetting Head

An instantaneous adjustment of solution concentrate can be achieved by varying the screw feeder speed while maintaining constant liquid throughput

 

POLYFLOWMAX

A system that makes down a 25-50% neat polymer solution down to 0,1% to 0,5%.
